Perintah di LINUX ( Ubuntu )

Hehehe… ini sebenernya cuma contekan gw… kalo2 gw lupa… maklum.. gw masi nubi di dunia linux… mudah2an berguna buat gw.. en yang baca.. hehehe….

1. Mengganti password samba
sudo smbpasswd -a username, ganti username dengan username samba
2. Restart samba
/etc/init.d/samba restart
3. Edit konfigurasi samba ( menggunakan gedit )
gedit /etc/samba/smb.conf
4. Update package
apt-get update
5. Install package
apt-get install package, ganti ‘package’ dengan yang kita inginkan
6. Uninstall package
apt-get remove package, ganti ‘package’ dengan yang kita inginkan
7. Nambahin repository ( menggunakan gedit )
gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Sony Vaio Webcam on Ubuntu 9.04 jaunty

Sejak gw make Linux ubuntu buat ngoding di kantor, gw berangsur2 mulai beralih ke distro linux yang punya slogan ‘Linux for Human Being’ itu… wkakakw gaya bet kata2 gw.. yups… gw dah mulai membiasakan linux di laptop gw… pertama instal, semua berjalan baik… hanya ada beberapa kendala… pertama adalah webcam gw yang kaga kedetek…. gw make SONY VAIO CR35G-WHITE
so, gw nanya ke ‘mbah’ Google en doi ngejawab dengan ngasi link ini :

Yup gw ikutin en gw berhasil…. berikut langkah2 nya yang gw ikutin :

1. Buka konsole, jalanin super user

sudo su

2. Masukin password user ( login user )
3. Cek apakah webcam kedetek dengan mengetikkan perintah :

lsusb

4. Cek apakah slah satu dari list berkut muncul….
* 05ca:1830 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2 (untuk VAIO SZ)
* 05ca:1832 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC3 (untuk VAIO UX)
* 05ca:1833 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2 (untuk VAIO AR1)
* 05ca:1834 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2 (untuk VAIO AR2)
* 05ca:1835 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC5 (untuk VAIO SZ)
* 05ca:1836 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC4 (untuk VAIO FE)
* 05ca:1837 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC4 (untuk VAIO FZ)
* 05ca:1839 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC6 (untuk VAIO CR)

Karena gw pake VAIO VGN-CR35G, maka di gw muncul 05ca:1839 Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC6 (untuk VAIO CR)
5. Lalu ketikkan perintah berikut :

apt-get install libglib2.0-dev libusb-dev

6. Download Driver disini
7. Ekstrak, lalu jalanin…. kalo letaknya di desktop, ini perintahnya :

cd Desktop/r5u87x/

make

8. Kalo gak ada pesan kesalahan, ketik perintah berikut :

make rules

make install

9. Kalo udah, masukin yang ini :

r5u87x-loader

r5u87x-loader --reload

10. Beresssss….. XD

Kalo mo gunain webcamnya, gw make aplikasi Cheese… kalo mau install, ketik :

apt-get install cheese

ato install dari Synaptics Package Manager

Sekarang, tinggal satu permaslahan lagi : VGA gue… Ati Mobility Radeon X2300 masi lom optimal… >.< ada yang bisa bantu…?? thx before… XD

Gue masih ga nyangka King of Pop Michael Jackson….. he’s gone forever… but not the spirit… what he has been done for this dying earth… we will miss u sir….

Honestly… beliau satu2 nya orang yang bisa bikin gw mikir pas dengerin lagu… coz yg gw denger dari liriknya… wuihhh daleeeeeeeeeeeeeem…. bukan dalem masalah percintaan yang ky biasanya.. tapi… liriknya dalem karena menyangkut kemanusiaan….. secara doi nyanyi lagu yang sarat akan pesan perdamaian… ky lagunya yang Heal The World… he’s inspiring me a lot…. this song will never forgotten… apalagi pas liat video klip nya.. aiiih….

Its all about what I dreamed a couple nights ago…

I met a women… in a car.. i dont know her… I dont give a s**t once… she got almost perfect body… white skin… long curly hair… still I dont give a s**t…

I couldnt see her smile… when I see her face… oh God.. she’s so gorgeous… But.. still.. I couldn’t give anything… coz my heart refused… My heart said “No, she’s not the one u’ve been looking for…”

But somehow I know… I know why I couldnt see her smile… Its all because… of me… my heart… Lately I know that she had a true love… for me… and I rejected it… I still dont care…
